Ikea Strategic Recommendation

Project: Come up with a strategic recommendation on how Ikea can distance themselves from being associated with throw-away culture.

Executive Summary:
Group project done by: Chloe Splinter (me), Caitlin Reimer, Alexander Akoury, and Justin Pilot for J444 Account Management.
I worked on researching Ikea's competitors and their sustainability practices, helped design and organize the slide deck, proof read and edited the executive summary, scheduled and orchestrated meetings to work on the deliverables and practice our presentation, and was a key contributor to the development of the actual recommendation.

Project: Choose a brand and come up with a campaign for them to promote women's rights or anti-racism in America.
Account Manager: Chloe Splinter (me), Copywriter: Mallory Harbison, Strategist: Abby Jones, Media Planner: Audrey Grade, Creative Design/Art Direction: Sarah Zebrowski.
I scheduled meetings for our group to work on the project together, initiated/orchestrated the communication between group members to make sure our group was meeting deadlines and working in a timely manner, aided the strategist in brainstorming brands to partner with (including Kind Bars) that aligned with our client, The National Parks, oversaw the project from start to finish making sure we were staying on brand with our client, and helped present our campaign.
